"Fresenius Medical Care Ukraine" LLC is looking for a Manager for the organization of projects in the field of health care to join its team. Main duties: licensing - collection, monitoring, monthly updating; regular collection of all changes (regarding equipment, FTA, personnel, etc.) related to items license information from responsible employees by direction, including monitoring the hiring/dismissal of clinic staff who must meet the qualification criteria; submitting (informing) the Ministry of Health about these changes on a monthly basis, or submitting when data is collected for submission. Analysis of the appropriateness of the available information ( changes) to the license conditions of opening/closing/adding structural subdivisions of the medical institution as needed, support for the passing of license inspections by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, interaction with regulatory bodies (MoH, National Health Service, State Production Service, etc.), resolution of problematic issues, organization of events, implementation of innovations, changes, monitoring of changes in the health care industry and their implementation, daily (morning) monitoring of e-mails linked to the ESOZ, checking of general mail - information letters from the Ministry of Health, regional departments of health protection, the State Production and Consumer Service, etc. In case of information, requests, changes to legislation that have a direct relation to the medical practice and functioning of the centers in general, to inform the responsible persons and initiate the implementation of the necessary changes, preparation of answers and their sending. Entering data into the ESOZ on various types of medical care. positions held, etc. Requirements: - higher education (preferably legal, economic) - experience in medical practice licensing - mandatory - experience in a similar position, experience of interaction with the Ministry of Health, National Health Service, etc. - responsibility and attention to detail - possession of MS Office at the level of a confident user - command of the English language - desirable.
