Requirements:

• Experience as a Team Lead/Senior Media Buyer from 1 year.
• Knowledge in creating infrastructure from scratch with a technical team.
< li>Understanding processes in arbitration teams
• Managing a team of 5 people: KPI setting, control, analysis of results, motivation.
• Deep understanding of Nutra vertical.
• Experience working with Meta Ads
• Experience working with Nutra offers.
• Negotiation skills
• Having your own team of buyers will be a plus.

Requirements:

• Infrastructure deployment.
• Formation and management of a team of media buyers.
• Purchasing and generation traffic.
• Finding effective sources of traffic, scaling campaigns, increasing conversions.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of activities.
• Developing promotion strategies for specific GEOs.
