• deal with personnel selection (full cycle) for positions of various levels;
• search for candidates with the help of classical and alternative sources and tools;
• analyze the labor market;
• cooperate effectively with internal clients (head of departments);
• work with an automated candidate database;
• prepare weekly reports.

• experience as a recruiter from 2 years;
