Areas of responsibility:
- Development and implementation of a team strategy aimed at finding, developing and retaining VIP customers with a focus on improving the gaming experience and increasing the LTV of TIER 1 market customers.
- Building a team, its control and motivation for the fulfillment of set KPIs.
- Creating strong, partnership relations with VIP clients to be their main and best point of contact. Solving customer issues in the shortest time and in a convenient way.
- Cooperation with marketing, operations, finance, analytics teams to optimize the VIP approach, loyalty, policies and benefits for customers.
- Continuous development of the direction , testing hypotheses, types of bonusing and database maintenance methods.
- Regular weekly/monthly reporting on the team's achievement of set goals.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position in the iGaming niche.
- Deep understanding of psychology, preferences, trends and business processes of VIP clients of the TIER 1 market.
- Experience of working with CRM systems (customer.io / optimuve / solitics / zoho etc.).
- Experience of working with at least one Backoffice of iGaming systems platforms.
- Deep understanding of connection and configuration of SIP/VoIP telephony.
- Experience with analytical data visualization systems (tableau / power bi etc.).
- Experience in building a team from scratch and its development.
- Strategic thinking, customer orientation, deep understanding of metrics and methods of solving typical cases.
- High level of responsibility.
- Work experience with online and offline customer motivation tools.
- Experience in building loyalty programs for VIP customers, and in their adjustment from the outgoing and incoming side.
- English level from Upper Intermediate.
