Today, Starlight Media's Human Resources Department is inviting an experienced Head of Video Distribution (Facebook) to join its team. Your tasks will be: development of a strategy for monetization on Facebook: responsibility for researching the market and competitors, determining the priority goals of monetization and implementing an appropriate strategy to achieve these goals, development of content - plans to ensure compliance of content with Facebook policies and rules, data analysis and measurement of the effectiveness of posting content on Facebook with the aim of optimizing profitability, implementing corrections for improvement establishing and maintaining partnerships between internal teams, resolving conflict situations, finding new opportunities for revenue growth on the Facebook platform and implementing them, creating proposals and making decisions based on Facebook analytics, constantly improving knowledge skills in the field of working with Facebook to support innovation, department management (team management of 13 multifunctional employees), interaction external departments to achieve common goals, regular reporting on the effectiveness of strategies and determination of key success indicators Our expectations from you: you have a complete higher education (preferably management/marketing) and relevant work experience of 2 years or more in a similar position, experience working with content monetization on Facebook, knowledge of the main tools of nations platform, knowledge of digital marketing trends and understanding of the Facebook audience, in-depth knowledge of the rules and policies of the Facebook platform, understanding of the audience, media trends, knowledge of analytics and content success metrics, knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level, the ability to develop and implement new ideas, the ability to plan team work, coordinate actions and make strategic decisions, the ability to effectively communicate withyou work confidently with Word, Excel, Meta Business Suite, Rights Manager and Insights with Manda and other stakeholders.
