The team of the Veterans Department of the Center for PJ Initiatives is currently implementing projects aimed at the development of adaptive sports for the recovery of veterans through physical activity. We are not resting on our laurels and strive to expand the department's activities in areas related to recovery, support of veterans and development of local initiatives.

Who we see in this position:

• 3 years of experience in managing projects/teams:someone who knows how to make a system and a working mechanism even out of complete chaos and when everything is in a hurry and manage anything and anyone - people, work with documents and planning, ideas;

• a specialist who understandsfundamentals of financial analysis: management-level planning, articles, cost control, etc.;

• the man who knowsEnglish at level B2 for a decent presentation of comAndes in the international arena;

• speaker: one who has developed his/her communication and maximum presentation skills, knows how to communicate and build relationships with military personnel, veterans, government officials and anyone in general; 

• a leader who knows how to work with a team, unite and inspire people around him, and needs - stand next to each other and do work with hands together. The one who is able to be the driver of the veteran movement in the country;

• the one who is not in words, but in deedbe brave,

  ready for business trips in Ukraine and abroad;

Will preference:

• driver's license and reliable driving skills;

• experience in organizing projects in the veteran field;  engage in:

  • strategic planning of the department's activities and development directions;

  • the creation and implementation of future projects of the veteran department key;

  • optimization and debugging of department processes;

  • management of the veterans' department, if necessary;

    establishing communication with other departments/departments of social welfare.
