What you will do:
- Construction of team and vertical business processes
- Construction and implementation of a long-term team and vertical development strategy
- Project team formation and further management
- Budgeting and financial control < /li>
- Study and introduction of new trends and tools into team processes
- Interaction with back office (tech dep, recruitment, finance, hr, lawyer)
What is important to us:
- Experience in the position of Team Lead/Head Vertical/Network from 3 years
- Work experience from 2 years in verticals: Black/grey hat: sweepstakes, nutra (COD, SS). White hat: online gaming, home improvement, insurance, mortgage, solar panels and other white verticals
- Experience of attending international conferences
- Experience of building a team with 0 will be a big advantage
