Imagineus asMcKinsey inthe world ofmobile consumer apps.About the RoleWe’re looking for anexperienced User Acquisition Manager with team lead experience who wants tomake the next career step.We’re looking for aperson that:—ambitious enough toscale our budgets to$1ml/ month and higher acquisition from in3Xtimes astonishing experience inscaling consumer apps;—experienced enough toapply strategies for different categories and product stages;—curious enough toanalyze and optimize our approach and processes within the User Acquisition department.Key Tasks with hands-on work?—Execute campaign creation &management onthe biggest paid advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)—Compile &analyze acquired data;—Perform competitor research toimprove clients’ performance;—Participation indiscussions and brainstorms ofnew ideas for different mobile productsKey Tasks asthe Head ofUA?—Manage, train, and scale the User Acquisition Team;—Collaborate with creative and product team;—Build relationships with the main stakeholders ofeach project;—Keep track ofand performance ofkey performance metrics (CPA, ROI, AdSpend)—Look for new platforms and strategies toscale;Skills and experience?—Experience executing positive ROI campaigns ofover $1m per year for subscription-based apps;—3+years ofexperience inMedia Buying/ User Acquisition;—Mobile Apps experience inthe Tier-1market;—Operate efficiently inGoogle Sheets/ BI;—Upper-Intermediate English (min. B2);—MMP &SKAN experience (setup, tracking);—Strategic thinking and approach;—Entrepreneurial spirit, willingness totake risks, and desire todevelopWhat doweoffer?—Ability towork with world-class products.
