Job description: Manager responsible for construction and operation of the traffic purchase team, operation of advertising cabinets and campaigns in mobile applications (App Store & Google Play). The key task is the effective purchase of traffic in advertising campaigns with the achievement of set KPIs.
Responsibilities: - Monitor and be accountable for the team's achievement of key metrics (CPA, ROI, and others).
- Build key traffic attraction channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Unity, etc.).
- Plan, configure and launch new campaigns in the main channels of traffic acquisition.
- Assist in hiring, training, management and team development (performance marketing, creative managers and production team).
- Generate hypotheses to improve the effectiveness of new user acquisition and scaling.
Requirements:
- Previous work experience with UA (mandatory) at least 3 years in a similar position 1 year of which is in management positions.
- Fluent English (required), not lower than Upper Intermediate.
- Previous experience with mobile applications (required).
- Skills in budget management, forecasting and achieving monthly spend, CPA, LTV and ROI targets across all marketing areas.
- Analytical mindset.
Experience will be a plus:
- Worldwide traffic buying operations, with six-figure budgets and above.
- Deep practical experience of attracting users through Google, TikTok, Meta.
- Experience in purchasing traffic in mobile games.
