We are currently looking for an ambitious Head of User Acquisition, who will take full ownership and drive the entire direction of User Acquisition at Mindly.

Your future tasks:

• Create and scale advertising campaigns in Meta.

• Test new sources of traffic - TikTok ads, Google ads, Apple Search ads.

• Analyze and track the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

• Interact with our creative team: offer ideas for creatives and give feedback on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

• Create, analyze and improve hundreds of unique onboarding funnels for clients in our powerful, custom CRM system.

About you:

• 5+ years of work experience in the areas of PRS/User Acquisition/Performance Marketing.

• Experience managing campaigns in Meta (required) and Google/TikTok/Apple Search Ads will be a plus.

• Experience with the US&LatAm market will be a big plus.

• Experience with Amplitude and GA4.

• Experience with MMP (Appsflyer or Adjust).

• Willingness to experiment a lot.
