Now we are looking for a Head of User Acquisition, who will be responsible for all paid marketing at Keiki and will help in achieving business goals of the team
Your area of influence:
- Development and implementation of marketing strategy through market research, data analysis, target audience and new trends and technologies
- Full management and allocation of marketing budgets
- Team management: hiring, goal setting, performance reviews, progress tracking and 1-to-1s
- New testing and development current marketing channels and tools
- Working with key partners
It is important for us:
- 2+ years of experience in the position of Head/Lead Marketing
- Experience of managing significant marketing budgets
- Experience of working with English-speaking markets
- Expertise in buying traffic on Facebook, TikTok and also on alternative channels
- Team management experience
- Experience of managing specialists of various profiles - marketers, designers, creative managers, etc.
- Work experience and understanding of the specifics of performance procurement work - tracking, conversions, attribution.
- Experience with metrics: CPM, CPC, CPA, CAC, LTV, ARPS
- English level upper-intermediate+
