Ultra Fresh department manager (fish, meat, vegetables/fruits)

Key tasks:

• Development of a direction development strategy - purchasing, pricing, assortment
• Annual planning of the contractual campaign
• Conducting negotiations with permanent and potential suppliers
• Searching for manufacturers of TM products, conducting negotiations and agreement of terms
• Analysis of contractual terms and their optimization
• Team management to create a highly efficient division
• Implementation of projects to increase sales volumes, profitability and customer loyalty
• Working with prices, analysis of prices, competitors and consumer requirements for goods
• Participation in fairs and specialized exhibitions

Main requirements:

• Work experience of 3 years or more (head of department, department, category manager)
• Knowledge of Ultra Fresh categories
• Knowledge of the principles of assortment planning and assortment management
• Knowledge of the specifics of importing goods
• Understanding the seasonality of demand for goods
• Conversational level of English
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking, strong analytical and communication skills
