Head of UI/UX Design in Codebridge Technology

Our clients are a product and service-based companies from the United States and Europe. At Codebridge, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional design solutions to our diverse range of clients, primarily sourced from Upwork. Over the past three years, our dedicated teams have successfully completed over 500 projects, generating revenue exceeding $1 million. However, we’ve noticed a decline in revenue in recent months, indicating a need for strategic leadership and direction in our design department. Main responsibilities As the Head of UI/UX Design, you will be responsible for analyzing our current strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to enhance productivity and profitability. Your expertise will be vital in restructuring our design teams, enhancing our project management approach (Team, Account, Project — TAP), and scaling our department to include up to 50 design professionals.
