Over the past three years, our dedicated teams have successfully completed over 500 projects, generating revenue exceeding $1 million. However, we've noticed a decline in revenue in recent months, indicating a need for strategic leadership and direction in our design department.Main responsibilitiesAs the Head of UI/UX Design, you will be responsible for analyzing our current strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to enhance productivity and profitability.
