PaySaxas is a global fast-growing FinTech IT company, which focuses on B2B products and services worldwide. We are rapidly expanding our market presence and are looking for a Head of Treasury with a background in FinTech to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Leading Treasury to ensure maximum profitability of available resources, modeling and leading initiatives to constantly grow revenue;
• Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures, ensure compliance with financial regulations, monitor the entire process;
• Structure and manage cash flows for several legal entities, including transactions within the group of companies and with external counterparties;
• Participate in the opening and maintenance of bank accounts, electronic wallets and other financial instruments around the world;
• Organize a smooth and reliable payment process with the external treasury team;
• Evaluate and agree terms and commissions for transactions with financial institutions;
• Reviewing funding needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management and, if, necessary regulatory bodies;
• Constantly review and improve treasury operations in order to increase financial stability and reduce risks;
• Working closely with correspondent banks to ensure effective cash operations;
• Monitoring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in leading and managing a treasury function, with a focus on maximizing profitability and revenue growth;
• Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and strategies, including cryptocurrency, deposits, and withdrawals;
• Proficient in cash flow planning, forecasting, and liquidity management;
• Experience with treasury operations and controls, including cash pooling/sweeping;
• Ability to identify and mitigate financial risks through comprehensive analysis and strategic planning;
• Stakeholder management to keep the management team informed of all financial decisions and treasury activities;
• Ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage reporting to senior management and regulatory bodies as needed;
• Proven experience working with correspondent banks on integrations and ensuring effective cash operations;
• Ability to manage and maintain relationships with banking partners to support the company’s financial operations;
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and projects to successful completion.
