Head of the training center/business trainer in AVTOKAPITAL, PRAT

AVTOKAPITAL, the official importer of Mercedes-Benz and Daimler Truck AG in Ukraine, invites to the team a person who will lead the Training Center for the Mercedes-Benz dealer network.

About the role:

This role is a unique opportunity to influence the development of professionals in the premium automotive segment, forming training standards and increasing the quality of service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing the activities of the Center: team management, distribution of responsibilities, quality control of execution.
• Analysis of training needs of dealer network employees.
• Planning and implementation of trainings in accordance with market and regional demands (Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Moldova).
• Ensuring the relevance of training programs in accordance with modern industry challenges and brand standards Mercedes-Benz.
• Translation and adaptation of training materials taking into account the specifics of target groups.
• Development and implementation of online and offline courses, trainings, development programs.
• Organization of the full training cycle: from content creation to evaluation of results and further support of participants.

We expect:

• Experience in managing educational projects or training center.
• Ability to work with international teams and adapt content to different cultural contexts.
• High level of organization, strategic thinking and leadership qualities.
• Knowledge of English and/or German (level - above average+).
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience in the automotive segment will be an advantage.
