In connection with the expansion of the company, we invite you to cooperate with the Head of the Training Center (training and development of workers for construction and infrastructure projects).

Main duties:

• Participation in the creation and launch of the Training Center companies.
• Formation of the concept of the training center in accordance with production needs (labor and technical professions).
• Development of the training structure: programs, courses, formats (theory, practice, mentoring). masters.
• Building a practical training system at the company's production facilities.
• Implementation of knowledge assessment, certification and training quality control processes.
• Development of internal standards, methodical materials and training documentation.
• Interaction with production units, HR service and department heads.
• Participation in the formation of the personnel reserve and workforce development systems.
• Planning and budget control of the training center.
• Gradual development of the center (scaling, new professions, programs).

Requirements for candidate:

• Higher education (technical, engineering, pedagogical or management).
• Experience in launching or developing projects (educational, industrial, educational, corporate).
• Understanding the specifics of labor professions, production and construction processes.
• Experience in organizing processes: planning, structuring, implementation.
• Team management skills and coordination of various functions.
• Ability to work with regulations, educational and technical documentation.
• Systemic thinking, independence in decision-making.
• Orientation on practical results and business needs.
• Willingness to take responsibility for the creation and development of new direction.
