Basics responsibilities:

• management of the trade marketing team and the development of its competencies;
• development and implementation of an effective trade marketing strategy;
• planning, analysis and control of the effectiveness of promotions;
• reporting and providing recommendations for improving processes;
• control budget of marketing activities;
• interaction with sales and finance departments;
• analysis of the market, competitors and identification of new opportunities for growth.

We expect from you:

• higher education (marketing, economics, business or related fields);
• 5 years of experience in the field of trade marketing and project management;
• proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), work with Big Data;
• strategic planning, organization and team leadership skills;
• certifications in the field of marketing or management will be an advantage.
