Basics responsibilities:
- management of the trade marketing team and the development of its competencies;
- development and implementation of an effective trade marketing strategy;
- planning, analysis and control of the effectiveness of promotions;
- reporting and providing recommendations for improving processes;
- control budget of marketing activities;
- interaction with sales and finance departments;
- analysis of the market, competitors and identification of new opportunities for growth.
We expect from you:
- higher education (marketing, economics, business or related fields);
- 5 years of experience in the field of trade marketing and project management;
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), work with Big Data;
- strategic planning, organization and team leadership skills;
- certifications in the field of marketing or management will be an advantage.
