Responsibilities:

• management of a team of 5 people (back-end, front-end developers, QA, designers);
• project management according to the Scrum (Agile) methodology;
• distribution of tasks according to priorities;
• full management of project implementation, control implementation;
• monitoring of team workload and solving bottlenecks in the work process;
• building and maintaining a quality Code review process;
• responsibility for deadlines, quality of development and integrations.

Wishes for candidates:

• higher profile or technical education;
• experience in managing a team of 5 people (back-end, front-end developers, QA, designers);
• strong skills and understanding of SDLS principles;
• experience in working and using bug-tracking systems (Jira, Confluence, Trello);
• understanding of CI/CD principles;
• experience in implementing and using monitoring systems;
• good knowledge of PHP, MySQL will be a plus;
• knowledge of PHP (experience with Symfony\Laravel) and GoLang or Python;
• understanding of microservice architecture, experience in developing microservices or experience in the transition from a monolithic infrastructure to a microservice;
• experience with relational DBMS (MySQL or PostgeSQL), experience with clickhouse will be a plus;
• experience in integration of third-party APIs;
• experience in project management according to the Scrum methodology: assigning tasks by priority, creating and updating task cards, monitoring task statuses, monitoring team workload and solving bottlenecks in the work process;
• desire for improvement and readiness to implement them, starting from the idea, ending with the experienced user;
• necessary work experience — from 3 years in the position of Team lead / Product manager / Project manager / Head of the software development department (Web stack).
