What we will entrust you with:

• Managing the organization of training, retraining and advanced training of personnel in production, economic training, practical training of young specialists during their internship, industrial practice of students and apprentices
• Participation in the development of a strategy for the development of personnel of production divisions in professional development programs
• Based on the analysis of the general need of production divisions for personnel of a certain level and profile of training, applications of structural divisions, planning of training, retraining and advanced training, determination of directions, methods and terms of training
• Conclusion of contracts with professional education institutions, advanced training courses, enterprises, including foreign ones, on personnel training and internships, determination of training costs, organizes referral of employees to training in accordance with contracts
• Implementation of organizational and methodical guidance, equipping and development of the material base of professional training institutions and advanced training courses, introduction of automated learning tools and various types of automated training complexes with new equipment and new technological processes into the educational process
• Development measures to increase the professional training and pedagogical qualification of mentors, teachers and instructors of industrial training
• Managing the development of educational and methodological documentation (curriculums, manuals and recommendations, programs and schedules of training groups, etc.)
• Management of work on professional orientation of young people and organization of professional selection, use of scientific methods of contingent selection for training in mass professions and specialties, communicates with career guidance services
• Ensuring the functioning of the system of adaptation of young specialists and workers in production, including special editions and other information about production, holding open days, implementation of programs of practical training, development of mentoring
