The UAnimals Charitable Foundation and Public Organization invites a professional project manager. Our partners, the well-known charitable foundation UAnimals, is a fast-growing non-profit organization that has been working to protect animals since 2016. During this time, we influenced the banning of photo services with animals, increased criminal and administrative liability for animal cruelty, banned mobile circuses with animals in 30+ cities, etc. Now we save animals from war, and also draw the attention of the international community to ecocide in Ukraine. We need a person who knows how to turn chaos into order, thinks in processes and gently but confidently encourages others to discipline. What to do: Manage a team of 10+ professionals of your business Plan the budget and schedule of projects (sterilization projects, reconstruction of shelters, provision of shelters with medicine and feed, evacuation of animals from the frontline zone, etc.) Control the implementation of projects Propose ideas for the development of the department Communicate effectively with other departments of the organization What you need to know: Have experience in managing projects with a team of 10 or more people, with demonstrable successful cases Know English at a level no lower than Intermediate Quickly learn new things and look one step ahead Be ready to quickly respond to emergency situations Have excellent organizational qualities, a high degree of responsibility and proactivity Love animals and share our values ​​More important soft skills: Analytical thinking and quick learning Idea generation and management resources to achieve results.
