MAIN TASKSWHICHWILL BE IN FRONT OF YOU:

• construction and development of the training system (internal and for B2B clients);
• management of the training department (trainers, technologists);
• development and launch of training programs, courses, master classes - products and sales techniques;
• organization of filming video content for training
• interaction with suppliers of import and acquisition of training materials
• formation of training standards by brands;
• close interaction with purchasing, sales, marketing departments;
• organization and participation in training from key suppliers
• evaluation of training effectiveness and its impact on sales

IF YOU:

• have at least 3 years of experience managing training / training teams;
• worked in beauty, FMCG, retail or distribution;
• understand how training affects business results;
• have strong communication and presentation skills;
• think systematically and result-oriented,
• ready for business trips
