Knowledge and skills necessary for successful work:
- higher education;
- understanding of the specifics of the retail business, customer service in it;
- experience in developing and implementing work standards for retail staff, writing methodological materials, creating scripts;
- knowledge the specifics of different formats of staff training;
- experience of independent development of educational programs and conducting online/offline trainings;
- experience in implementing a distance learning system will be an advantage;
- knowledge of Excel, Google spreadsheets.

Responsibilities:
- analysis and updating of existing training programs for sales personnel and line management of the company;
- updating standards of customer service by sales personnel;
- creating and implementing new training programs for various categories of sales personnel;
- conducting periodic evaluation of sales personnel of the network;
- formation of training schedules for network personnel, monitoring of training results (sales indicators, NPS);
- organization of effective work of training managers sales staff (field training, online master classes, trainings);
- budgeting of training costs, reporting on the training process in the company.
