Main tasks:
- Audit of existing assessment systems, training and development;
- Step-by-step implementation of measures to transform corporate assessment, training and development systems;
- LMS system implementation;
- Support and development of existing classroom and distance learning (management staff, administrative staff, office);
- Organization of the creation of educational content;
- Coordination of periodic assessment and attestation procedures (management staff, administrative staff, line staff);
- Formation and development of a team of internal trainers.
