Tasks:

• Determination of training and development needs of personnel in accordance with the company's strategy.

• Development and implementation of a corporate model of values and competencies.

  
  

• Creation of a career planning system and personnel reserve.

  
  

• Development of the institute of internal trainers and mentors.

  
  

• Implementation digital solutions in training and development (LMS, online courses).

  
  

• Department team management and employee development.

  
  

• Assessment of effectiveness of educational programs and improvement of learning approaches.

Requirements:

• Full higher education.

  
  

• Additional education in the field of personnel management or organizational development is desirable.

  
  

• Work experience of 5 years or more in the direction of personnel training and development, participation in strategic HR projects.

• Experience of managing teams (including remote teams) from 3 years.
  

• Understanding modern approaches to training, assessment, development of competencies and formation of personnel reserve.

• Practical experience in implementing HR strategies, training programs, personnel development initiatives. 

• Knowledge of training effectiveness assessment methods and talent management. 

• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or digital solutions in HR.

• Confident spoken English.

• Strategic thinking, systematic, analytical approach.

• Leadership, ability to negotiate and work with top management.

• Orientation on results, initiative, ability to manage changes.
