Location — Kyiv

Responsibilities:

• Organization of the training department
< li>Formation of a culture of continuous learning process in the company: creation of a leadership school and a corporate university
• Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of training programs
• Planning and coordination of the training process of employees: TOP-teams and copper-teams networks
• Supporting the professional development of company employees
• Managing the budget and the team of the training department

Requirements:

• Successful experience of organizing a training system in a large-scale business
• Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Ability to work in a team: flexibility, adaptability, ability to negotiate, focus for business purposes
• High level of self-organization and systematicity
