Main responsibilities: Organization of the development of the assortment matrix by channels (Must List SKU), rotation of the plan, implementation support (Selling Story) and implementation monitoring Development of a TM program to support the launch of new SKUs and in-store presentation/visualization Development of a pricing strategy and investment in trade -marketing to support growth; calculation of price models by distribution channels Organization of monitoring of prices, assortment, market shares and marketing strategies of competitors Analysis of the implementation of the sales plan, marginal profit, quantitative and qualitative distribution, SKUs, etc. Development and implementation of a trade marketing plan in accordance with sales and marketing goals; monthly reporting on completed and current projects. Requirements for the candidate: Higher education 5 years of work experience in a similar position in the FMCG field Knowledge of the pricing process during promotions and management reporting skills Experience working with large amounts of information, excellent command of Excel; experience with Space management, Apollo, ABM Shelf — will be an advantage.
