Responsibilities: Management of the technical support department for users (L1) Monitoring and maintenance of workstations (disk, diskless, mobile), including installation of operating systems, configuration and maintenance of equipment. General administration of workplaces based on Windows, Linux, incl. centralized by using Active Directory group policies. Basic administration and support services for access to file resources, printing and scanning. Terminal solutions, incl. the use of diskless clients and access via the Internet. Equipment accounting, including in 1C. Support and setup of user access to the corporate network from several branches (in offices and remotely). Support for access and use of corporate mobile and IP telephony such communication services (Skype, Telegram, Viber ...). Support for users' work with mail services based on Microsoft Exchange Server/Outlook. Antivirus solutions Requirements: Appropriate work experience.
