Working conditions< /strong>:

Duration of working hours is 40 hours per week, five-day working week. The start of working hours is 9 hours 00 minutes. End of working hours by day: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday — 18 hours 00 minutes, Friday — 16 hours 45 minutes. The break starts at 1:00 p.m. and lasts 45 minutes.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the provision of technical support to external users of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine .
2. Direction, organization, coordination and control of the work of the technical support department for external users of electronic services.
3. Ensuring organization and control over the implementation of information and explanatory work, providing advisory assistance on issues technical support of external users of the electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
4. Performance control over the performance of work related to the entry of data of external users of the electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, which are registered in the Main Office of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Kyiv .
5. Ensuring consideration within the competence of the department of appeals, statements and complaints of enterprises, institutions and citizens.
6. Executing control and ensuring, within the limits of its competence, compliance with the legislation on information, protection of personal data , access to public information.
7. Ensuring and carrying out monitoring, analysis and generalization of information regarding external users of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, preparation of analytical, informational and reporting data assigned to the competence of the department.
