Job description

The head of the technical support department is a specialist, an expert with in-depth technical knowledge and management skills.

Requires in-depth knowledge of the company's products, norms and standards for the manufacture and use of construction materials, solving customer problems, object audits, conducting trainings, working with documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Work coordination department, management of a team of technical specialists (4-5 people), training and motivation of the team, control of KPI indicators.
• Consultations of craftsmen, foremen, architects, designers, private individuals on issues of selection and application of materials
• Solving technical issues and tasks during work with materials and systems
• Organization and conducting of educational and practical seminars, master classes in educational centers and facilities
• Provision of recommendations and technical solutions regarding the technology of materials application
• Acceptance and review of complaints, participation in identifying the causes of complaints, development of recommendations, solutions for their elimination
• Technological support of projects, audit of facilities
• Creation of technical maps, instructions and presentations for products, testing of new products, material systems

Requirements to a specialist:

• Experience as a department head - desirable
• Higher technical education (construction, chemical) - mandatory
• Experience in construction, application and production of dry construction mixtures
• Knowledge of the properties and areas of application of various types of construction materials, norms and standards
• High communication skills, experience in conducting trainings, ability to explain complex things simply
• Responsibility, attention to details, customer orientation
