KEY TASKS:

• Organization of the work of the center technical support.
• Provision of maintenance and repair work for personal computers, server equipment, copying and duplicating equipment, printing equipment, other related computer equipment, as well as engineering infrastructure systems of the data center and KV.
• li>
• Ensuring accounting of the life cycle of equipment, the use of components and consumables in the area of ​​responsibility of the center.
• Timely identification and analysis of the causes of failures and failures of equipment and equipment. Development and implementation of measures to prevent such failures and failures.
• Coordination of maintenance teams.

YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF:

• Know the technical characteristics and design features of computer, duplicating and printing equipment.
• Familiar with repair technologies, have experience in maintenance of such equipment.
< li>You have the appropriate methods of debugging and optimizing the operation of computer equipment, software and operating systems, copying and duplicating and printing equipment.
• You know the methodology of providing IT services, are familiar with the best practices in this area.< /li>
• Able to work effectively in a team. Responsible. You have organizational skills.
• Communicative.
• Prone to critical thinking.
