Skills required:

• Experience in a managerial position in the field of technical support for at least 3 years.
• Deep understanding of the IT field, including system and network administration.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with office software products and corporate systems.
• Ability to plan and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and data storage systems.
• Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of local area networks (LANs), including DHCP, DNS, VPN and other services.
• Excellent communication skills and focus on meeting the needs of users.
• Leadership skills, ability to manage a team and distribute tasks.

Main duties:

• Management of the technical support department, including coordination of the work of the team and control over the execution of tasks.
