Head of technical service of office premises in Ajax Systems

We are looking for a technical team leader who will help strengthen the safety and continuity of the technical operation of office/production/warehouse buildings and ensure effective coordination of the work of the technical team. Required knowledge and skills: higher engineering and construction education (preferred); 3 years of experience as a manager in the field of technical maintenance of buildings; availability of successfully implemented projects (preferably from 2,000 m2); experience in technical support of locations from 10,000 m2 (will be an advantage); the ability to assemble and protect commercial estimates; team management experience, the ability to clearly and succinctly set tasks, monitor their execution; systematization, flexibility of thinking, analytical ability, high level of self-organization, excellent communication and leadership skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, reading drawings in AutoCAD, working in 1C (preferred). Tasks: ensuring and controlling the safe and uninterrupted technical operation of office/production/warehouse buildings and coordinating the work of the technical team (including remote locations); control and coordination of major and current repairs of buildings, engineering equipment and networks, drawing up technical tasks for the execution of works, agreement of the terms of contracts, technical and financial control according to the terms of execution, acceptance of the quality and scope of the works performed; search and selection of contractors, conducting tenders and interaction with accredited contracting organizations; inspection of potentially new objects with the formation of a report on their technical condition , estimates and budgets for launch; development/updation of checklists for visits of locations by technical personnel, regulations and schedules for equipment maintenance and planned preventive works; conducting analytical work for analysis and systematization of costs and repairs of the technical direction; development of a monthly budget of expenses, formation of requests for payments : communal services, services of contracting companies, purchase of materials. Providing the team with expendable and necessary repair materials, write-off of material resources; organization of team relocations between offices.
