Duties: organization of effective management of a subordinate unit; planning and control of the results of the unit's work, personnel selection, implementation of staff motivation measures and training measures; coordination of the work of the unit with other units of the enterprise, organization of development and implementation of progressive technologies, new types of products, technologies, execution of works that ensure an increase in the level of technological training and technical re-equipment of production; management of the development of technological documentation, introduction of new technologies, improvement of product manufacturing technologies, implementation of scientific achievements and technology, designing and implementing technological schemes; carrying out control over the conduct of technological processes (control of technological discipline), compliance with the requirements of technological maps, technological instructions. The candidate has important skills, knowledge and personal qualities for us: higher, specialized education (technical, aviation or radio-electronic equipment will be an advantage); knowledge of maintenance procedures, repair and manufacturing of aviation equipment components; knowledge of modern technologies and processes in aircraft construction and mechanical engineering; knowledge of regulatory documentation (EUTD standards, ISO, etc.) regarding the development of technological documentation; Ability to manage a team and work in a team ; Word, Excel, 1C, knowledge of Solid Works software products, Compass (will be an advantage); leadership, energy, high level of responsibility, ability to make decisions under limited deadlines; developed management skills.
