Duties: organization of effective management of a subordinate unit; planning and control of unit work results, personnel selection, implementation of staff motivation measures and training measures; coordination of unit work with other divisions of the enterprise, organization of the development and implementation of advanced technologies, new types of products, technologies, execution of works that ensure an increase in the level of technological training and technical re-equipment of production; management of the development of technological documentation, the introduction of new technologies, the improvement of product manufacturing technologies, the implementation of scientific and technical achievements, design and implementation of technological schemes; implementation of control over the conduct of technological processes (control of technological discipline), compliance with the requirements of technological maps, technological instructions. The candidate has important skills, knowledge and personal qualities for us: higher, specialized education (technical, aviation or radio electronic equipment will be an advantage); knowledge of procedures for maintenance, repair and manufacture of aviation equipment components; knowledge of modern technologies and processes in aircraft construction and mechanical engineering; knowledge of regulatory documentation (EUTD standards, ISO, etc.) regarding the development of technological documentation; Ability to manage a team and work in a team; Word, Excel, 1C, knowledge of Solid Works software products, Compass (will be an advantage); leadership, energy, high level of responsibility, ability to make decisions under limited deadlines; developed management skills.
