Requirements Higher education in the specialty "Standardization, certification and metrological support" or similar at the master's level and (preferably) / or specialties in the engineering field (engineering or instrument engineering technology, metal cutting machines, tool production, aircraft construction, etc.) at the bachelor’s level. Skills: Planning the work of subordinates, drawing up employee schedules. Reading machine-building drawings, technological processes, calculating dimensional chains. Drawing up documentation on technical control in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, letters to contractors and control bodies regarding the acceptance, delivery and control of products , materials, components, tool verification, etc. Apply gauges, measuring tools and devices for linear and angular dimensions (accuracy up to 1 μm), mechanical properties of materials (hardness tester), surface quality of parts (profilograph). Make sketches of parts manually or using CAD systems suggestions for improving the quality of the production of parts and assemblies. The ability to use a coordinate measuring machine is an advantage. Proficiency in computer programs MS OFFICE — MS-WORD, MS EXEL — must be at the level of an experienced user, any CAD system — preferably, Internet Explorer — any which version Experience: technical control work — at least 2 years.
