Your main tasks will be:

• planning system administration tasks and monitoring their execution;
• participation in the formation of application architecture, plans for the development of the Company's infrastructure;
• ensuring the reliability, uninterrupted and secure operation of the existing server infrastructure;
• development, implementation and support of corporate standards in the Microsoft IT infrastructure and cloud services;
• participation in new projects related to the development of IT infrastructure;
• preparation of regulatory and tender documentation in the direction;
• management of the department team.

We expect from you:

• higher education in the field of IT;
• work experience in the field from 5 years, in management positions from 2 years;
• in-depth knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft products (Hyper-V, System Center VMM, SCCM, Exchange), VMWare (vCenter);
• excellent knowledge of Windows Server 2019-2022 OS (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PKI, FS, RDS);
• knowledge of basic network technologies and protocols: DNS, DHCP, SMTP, FTP, OSI model, TCP/IP stack;
• experience working with cloud services: Microsoft Azure, Office365, Intune, Endpoint Protection;
• experience with HPE, Dell or similar server equipment;
• experience working with monitoring systems (Zabbix);
• desirable experience in the implementation of monitoring systems, backups, migration projects using HMAof Azure, AWS or service providers (Private Cloud);
• desirable experience in process automation (Powershell), knowledge of CI/CD processes;
• stress resistance;
• ordered documents, namely the existing military registration document in accordance with current legislation, a passport (unexpired) and others.
