We are a chain of stationery supermarkets "OLIVETS-MOLODETS" and operational printing centers "KPI PRINT" (kpi-print.com.ua). For more than 15 years, we have been working steadily on the market, combining retail sales of stationery with a wide range of printing services, corporate orders and individual solutions for customers. We have 12 locations and, despite the state of war, we do not plan to stop at what we have achieved.

We are currently looking for a Head of the IT Department who will lead the development of our company's technological processes and ensure the reliable operation of the company's IT infrastructure and key business processes.

Our candidate:

• has 3 years of experience managing an IT team;
• has successful cases of implementation and support of information systems in business;
• understands the specifics of IT work in retail (product accounting systems, CRM, cash programs, cloud services);
• can build the structure of the department, set tasks and control the result;
• responsible, systematic and ready for development.

Main duties:

• organization of uninterrupted operation of information systems and equipment in the network;
• implementation and control of the use of CRM, cash register and accounting systems;
• debugging and administration of cloud services, databases, servers;
• management of a team of IT specialists (task setting, control, reporting);
• organization of technical support for company employees;
• IT budget planning and control expenses;
• participation in the development of automation of business processes.
