We invite to our team Head of the system administration and technical support sector to the Information Technology Department Team.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and management of the work of the system department administration;
• Support and administration of IT infrastructure;
• Administration of network equipment Cisco, Dlink, Oracle servers, Office 365, Intune, Azure, SCCM, AD.
• Maintenance in working condition of IT services: MEDOK, MD Office, VPN, etc.;
• Registration and assignment of rights to users in 1C and АД;
• Documentation of services.
• Maintenance of equipment in working condition;
• Keeping records of user requests in the Helpdesk system;
• Development of scripts for building reports and optimizing your work;
• Management of information security;
• Monitoring of viral activity;
• Granting access rights to resources IT;
• Monitoring and administration of servers. Installation and maintenance of software functionality on servers.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• Experience of working as a system administrator and/head of the system administration department from 3 years;
• Availability of these certificates will be an advantage: Cisco, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, Microsoft SQL Server certification;
• Experience of management and work with by subordinates;
• Administration and configuration of Cisco switches;
• Knowledge of the Windows Server 2012-2019 line.
