Key functional responsibilities:
- Management of the sector team: work planning, assignment of tasks, control of deadlines and professional development of subordinates.
- Resource planning: updating of team loading plans, ensuring interchangeability of specialists and assessment of labor intensity.
- Interaction with by business customers: coordination of business requirements, management of expectations and support for the implementation of solutions.
- Management of the product cycle: prioritization of the portfolio of tasks, planning of releases, coordination of the implementation of changes and approval of role matrices (together with customers and with IT).
- Organization and control of development processes: supervision of architectural design, ensuring Code Review and validation of the quality of software solutions.
- Control of the methodology of calculations: supervision of the correctness of the implementation of algorithms for calculation of advances, salaries, taxes and reports in the software;
- Coordination and updating of regulations and standardsprocesses: participation in the development of regulations, maintenance of work standards.
- Organization and control of work with applications:organization of application processing (tickets), monitoring of deadlines and providing feedback to customers.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in large system companies in a similar position;
- Successful experience of managing a team under direct supervision of 5-10 people (setting tasks, monitoring execution, meeting deadlines, prioritizing, delegating, time management).
- Knowledge of personnel accounting and payroll calculation is desirable.
- Understanding or willingness to learn software development processes, understand technical issues.
- Experience of interaction and communication not only with customers, but also (preferably) with other divisions, in particular with IT (architects, analysts, developers, testers, etc.).
- Experience of working in project teams and, preferably, knowledge of the basics of project management.
