Tasks:

• Organization of work and management of the software support and development department
• Ensuring timely and high-quality functional support based on 1C
• Participation in internal company projects in the area of ​​responsibility, interaction with users regarding development tasks, help with setting tasks
• Organization of implementation works, management of projects for automating business processes based on 1C - defining goals, drawing up an implementation plan, setting tasks for programmers and monitoring their execution
< li>Organization of interaction with external partners on technical aspects of systems and integrations
• Analysis of the results of the work performed: development speed and quality, optimization

Preferred candidate profile:

• Team management experience
  
• Experience of working with a team of developers (setting tasks, evaluating the time costs of solutions, evaluating the result)
• Knowledge of the basic principles of project management
• Availability of practical experience of automating business processes based on 1C products or knowledge of one or more 1C configurations
• Experience with bug tracking systems is welcome
