We are looking for aHead of the Software Department for managing IT projects.

What knowledge will you need:

• understanding the implementation of the life cycle of software development and implementation;

• understanding and experience Agile development methodology;

• experience in implementing IT projects (implementation/development of software, experience in implementing various integrations);

• knowledge of the types and principles of writing project documentation, technical tasks, description of business processes, etc.;

• experience in project management with remote teams (outsourcing, freelance);

• knowledge and experience with project management tools and techniques, working level of office software, JIRA;

• high organization and attention to all details.

What to do:

interact with the team and the IT department;

• collect and define priority tasks for project implementation;

• do technical documentation, describe business processes, form specifications and development tasks;

• systematize and distribute tasks in specialized software, determine responsible persons, deadlines and priorities;

• monitor compliance with deadlines and budget of project tasks, coordinate tasks;

• predict results, neutralize obstacles, take corrective measures;

• test and present ready solutions;

• control results;

• coordinate the actions of project participants.
