Announcing a competition for the vacancy of the Head of the Personnel Settlement Department Requirements: Higher education (accounting, economics, finance ).Work experience in the field of payroll accounting for at least 3 years. General experience as an accountant for at least 5 years. Mandatory work experience in the agricultural sector from 3 years. Experience in department management. Excellent knowledge of the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of accounting and tax accounting. Knowledge of the Regulations (standards) of accounting. Experience with Microsoft Office, 1C, M.E.Doc, electronic tax payer's office. Responsibilities: Carrying out general management of the department. Controlling the calculation of wages for employees of a group of companies (piece rate, payroll forms of payment) ≈ 1,500 employees. Control of the submission of statistical and tax reporting regarding salaries for the Holding. Automation of accounting and reporting processes in the direction of personnel settlements.
