We provide services for the sale and rental of loading equipment, its high-quality maintenance and repair, certification tests and registration, training of forklift and stacker drivers. Loading equipment is very widely used, it is necessary for any enterprise that needs to move products, load/unload trucks, etc. For example, our clients are industrial enterprises, warehouse complexes, retail chains, agro-industrial complexes, manufacturers of any products, etc. We invite to the team the responsible Manager of the sales department of service services. The department is responsible for the sale and implementation of services for the maintenance and repair of loading equipment, and also sale of spare parts and tires. The department has formed a very professional and friendly team, and needs a manager who can properly organize and direct their work to achieve the best result. We expect from the candidate: Experience in managing work with clients; Experience in the field of automotive or special. equipment, service station, organization of repairs, will be an advantage; Experience in team management, motivation, organization of work; Responsibility, initiative, leadership qualities, courage and determination. Responsibilities in this position include: Management of the service department team (managers, mechanics, locksmiths): control, motivation, mentoring; Management of sales of service services, spare parts and tires (analysis of sales, customer base, monitoring of competitors, control of receivables); Organization of on-site service (logistics, tools and equipment for on-site crews, workload planning for locksmiths); Participation in negotiations with key customers, control of the appropriate level of service, operational feedback; Adjustment, optimization and standardization of department processes, as well as interaction with other departments; Department budgeting, reporting, solutions to operational tasks.
