Who is our candidate: manager of the service department — client-oriented, responsible, able to think structurally and analytically; a technically literate specialist with experience in the repair, installation, and maintenance of equipment for the food industry: ovens, refrigeration units, dough bowls, combi steamers, etc.; knows how to understand assembly instructions, understands electricity ;knows the regulations on labor protection and adheres to these rules;has skills in personnel management, is able to find a common language and motivate any employee;confident PC user;systematic person who knows how to plan his time and correctly set priorities when setting tasks for subordinates;has skills in the development of instructions and conducting training for employees. What is included in the duties: control of the performance of work by service engineers; regulation and systematization of all work; development and implementation of work quality standards for department employees; control of timely invoicing and calculations; reporting on of completed works.
