It invites a professional to join the team for a new position, namely the Head of the service department in order to build an effective service department! Main requirements: Management of service departments, engineering services (mechanics, KIP); Experience in servicing commercial equipment in retail chains; Experienced user of Excel, Google services. Main functionality: Planning and control of the work of the service department; Calculation of the optimal warehouse balance and its transfer to the supply and logistics department; Formation and updating of prices for non-warranty repairs; Control of compliance with deadlines and the quality of diagnostics/repair works; Organization of warranty technical and service maintenance for existing customers; Planning and ensuring the workload of service engineers (search for new clients); Standardization of the quality of services provided (diagnostic and repair work); Formation of commercial offers.
