We are looking for an experienced Service Center Manager! ALTEK is the largest importer, manufacturer and developer of equipment for alternative energy in Ukraine. We provide comprehensive support and maintenance of equipment for renewable energy sources and sell products through a network of more than 600 dealers, national retail chains and branded stores in all regions of Ukraine. Requirements: Technical higher education; Experience in management and building a service department; Ability to read and compile technical documentation Knowledge of basic legislation and document management. Responsibilities: Providing technical sales support; Organization of activities and development of the service center; Implementation of the service and sales plan; Organization of warranty and post-warranty maintenance of equipment; Provision of technical equipment documentation; Participation in the selection of equipment suppliers; Resolution of complaint issues.
