Head of the Service and Labor Safety Department in Askaniya Beveridzhiz

In this role, we see a balanced combination of knowledge of labor safety norms and rules that apply in our state and at the enterprise, direct actions in creating safe, comfortable and healthy working conditions and the ability to form safe behavior in employees for their safety and the peace of their loved ones.

The main areas of responsibility of the position:

• labor and industrial safety safety,
• environmental protection,
• management of administrative and economic activities at the enterprise (coordination and timely organization of small repair work in the office, organization of internal and external cleaning, organization of rest rooms and meals for employees, organization of changing rooms and showers).

Directly subordinated to 1 employee, a total of 7 employees in the department.

Expectations from this roles:

• care for the working conditions of employees,
• organization of service that affects operational activities and the quality of business processes,
• organization of maintenance of cleanliness and order on the territory of the enterprise.

Requirements for the candidate:

• successful work experience in the management of labor protection at a manufacturing enterprise;
• knowledge of the legal framework and regulations for work with occupational safety and operation of technological equipment;
• higher education and specialized training in occupational safety;
• experience in managing administrative and economic activities will be an advantage;
• caring attitude towards employees.
