ResponsibilitiesThe head of the service accounting bureau organizes and trains bureau employees to perform the following tasks: marketing services, CDA services, transportation services, logistics services, repair services, rental services, other services of all business units (IT, sales, personnel, lawyers) Performs control over: timely display of invoices for services and liabilities on the balance sheet timely reconciliation with local and imported suppliers in accordance with the order on conducting reconciliations conducting timely corrections of deviations detected during reconciliation organization of storage of primary documents on supplier services organizes timely provision of requested information for internal and external auditors of supplier services. the correct work of the service accounting bureau employees for the timely and correct provision of documents for the provision of services, the timely display of the tax credit of suppliers Participates in the implementation of changes in the company's accounting system, with the aim of automating the accounting of payments with suppliers, Participates in work with internal and external auditors. Organizes timely provision of information within his office. Responsible for timely implementation of all month-end control procedures related to services. analysis of the display of all costs of the enterprise in the reporting period. for the correct display of expenses on accounting accounts in accordance with the rules of accounting and internal requirements of the company, the compliance of the displayed transactions from the company's expenses with IFRS standards and the requirements of tax legislation by displaying transactions only according to correctly prepared documents and reports. monitors primary documents in order to identify tax risks and carry out all procedures for their minimization. Qualifications - higher education in the specialty "Accounting", "Finance" or "Economics". Cumulative work experience - more than 3 years in the field of accounting. Special knowledge and skills : good knowledge of Ukrainian accounting and tax legislation, requirements of legislative acts of Ukraine in the field of accounting, understanding of the principles of management accounting; knowledge of English - Elementary and above; work experience in 1 of 8, fluency in MS Office, analytical mindset.
