We are looking for a head of the workshop for the production of semi-finished products.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of the full cycle of production of semi-finished products
• Distribution of tasks and management of the workshop personnel
• Product quality control at all stages: kneading the dough, filling, forming, freezing, packing
• Observance of technological processes and recipes
• Implementation of changes and improvements in production processes
• Maintenance of reporting and production documentation
• Ensuring the implementation of production plans

Requirements:

• Experience in the production of semi-finished food products — mandatory
• Professional education desired (food industry technologist)
• Skills in production organization and team management
• Knowledge of sanitary norms, HACCP standards
• Responsibility, systematicity, result orientation

Conditions:

• Full-time employment, schedule: Mon-Fri
